I’ve never been one to talk about myself. I always felt that if there was something important to tell, it would speak for itself.

What I can say is that I have worked with hundreds of people and transformed many lives which I can honestly say that nothing compares to the feeling of helping someone achieve their goals and transform their life.

 

The next goal is to help and impact as many people as I can and to show them that anything is possible if you put your mind to it, we're all capable of achieving greatness no matter where we are right now!

Timeline

2015-Present

Giving Back

In 2015 I qualified as a Personal Trainer in London and all I wanted to do was give back the information and experience I gathered over the years.

 

There is no better feeling than being there for someone who needs help to improve their health but not just that, their lifestyle, their relationships and mindset - they're all connected.

2009-2015

Fitness Takeoff

This period is where I truly began to be a student of the game. For the next 6 years of my life, everything I was doing was studying the best people on earth when it came to fitness and tried and tested all the workouts and nutrition tips that existed out there.

 

In this period I gained the most experience about how our bodies work in a transformation as I was doing it on myself. Very important life lessons that I learned like Discipline, Sacrifice, Sweat Equity and Hard Work will always pay off.

2005-2009

Foundation

This is the period where it all started. When I was 11 my dad made me some iron dumbbells and my brother guided me on using them. That's all I needed and I will be grateful forever.

 

In the meantime, I was also doing athletics in school, football, handball and had my own Parkour (Free Running) Group which we were active for 3 years. Let's say my childhood was pretty active!
